1.No Material Feeding at the Feeding Station

If the hopper is empty, add materials immediately to ensure the normal operation of the production line. If the hopper is not empty, check whether the control contactor of the elevator is energized. If it is in the energized state, quickly check whether the motor is energized and under load. This situation is mostly caused by preforms stuck on the lifting belt, and the simplest solution is to assist lifting manually to remove the stuck preforms.
If the control contactor of the elevator is not energized, please check whether the preform detection electric eye is aligned with the reflector plate. Misalignment will cause the machine to fail to detect preforms, thus stopping feeding. Adjust the position of the electric eye and reflector plate to ensure they are on the same straight line.
2.Frequent Jamming at the Feeding Disk
Jamming at the feeding disk is a common and troublesome fault in the operation of bottle blowing machines. Please stop the machine and check the position of the manipulator, adjust it to the standard position according to the equipment parameters, and ensure that the manipulator clamps the bottles stably and gently to avoid clamping damage.
5.Collision Between Two Manipulators
Collision between two manipulators of the bottle blowing machine is mostly caused by manipulator misalignment. When this situation occurs, stop the machine immediately to avoid further damage to the equipment. Then reset the manipulators manually according to the operation manual, and check whether the positioning of the manipulators is accurate after reset to ensure that the two manipulators operate independently without interference.
